From a community fun day to a registered charity supporting hundreds of young people — our story is Billingham's story.

Our story

Two decades of youth and community work in the Tees Valley.

  • 2005 — Where it beganFounded as the Billingham Charity Trophy Fun Day by Paul and Gary Burgum.
  • 2010 — Becoming a CICFormalised as a Community Interest Company to grow our youth work.
  • 2013 — Music on stageThe BCT Music Group begins performing at Stockton's Georgian Theatre.
  • 2023 — Charity statusConverted to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation — registered charity 1205710.
  • TodayLed by CEO Patrick Wilson, running weekly clubs, DofE Awards, holiday programmes and community appeals.
